The great thing abut this apartment is the location. It is walking distance from the bus station, all kinds of services, great restaurants, the fashion district, and the Punta del Este marina. It just one block from Punta del Este’s most famous beach (with the statue of the hand).
The building is famous for being well managed. It has a porter, daily maid service, and a beach staff, who set up chairs and umbrellas for you in the high season. The building has a comfortable lobby, reading room, computers with internet, and an outdoor patio area. Laundry service is available for an extra charge.
This one bedroom apartment is on the second living floor of the Santos Dumont building. The apartment is simple but very comfortable. It has air conditioning, telephone, WiFi, a washing machine, and television.
There is a view of the beach at an angle between buildings (see photos). On quiet nights you can hear the waves lapping on the beach.
