When is the best time of year to shop for real estate in Uruguay?

The short answer is any time other than high season.

From 2005 through 2009 the economy of Uruguay has been one of the fastest growing in South America. It is the only economy in the region that avoided recession during the 2008 and 2009 global financial crisis.
